Characters and Consequences creative writing workshop, Burnham Book Festival, 17th October, 13:30, £13.50 per ticket.

Spend ninety minutes away from the real world, exploring narrative, the hero’s journey and character archetypes. We’ll do a narrative branching exercise and free writing, and you’ll leave with stories you can continue telling at home. Details: the event is held in the Mendip at the Princess Theatre, Burnham-on-Sea. Bring something to write with and something to write on, preferably a pen and paper as opposed to a laptop or tablet (using tech for accessibility purposes is of course completely fine).
