Hi everyone,

I’ve booked my one and only event this year: Leigh Community Centre’s Winter Fayre, on 7th December 2019. The fayre is open 11am-4pm, with 3 or 4 rooms choc full of local businesses selling food, Christmas gifts, artwork, clothes and more. I did last year’s event and it was absolutely packed with fabulous local businesses – and with people doing their Christmas shopping!

The winter fayre is free to enter and there is a car park next door. Leigh Community Centre is on Elm Road, Leigh-on-Sea (not far from the train station if you don’t want to drive). There’s a cafe at the community centre as well (although did I mention the food stalls?). I’m not sure exactly who else is exhibiting yet but keep your eyes peeled for announcements as there are hundreds of brilliant small businesses in the Southend-on-Sea area.

I will be selling my notebooks, tote bags, greetings cards, pencils and prints from across my stationery collections. I always do little deals and discounts at my events, so if there’s something you’d like and you’re in the area, pop me a message in the weeks leading up to 7th December and I will put your item aside for you to get at the fayre. I will also have a few short stories and samplers of The Princess and the Dragon and Other Stories About Unlikely Heroes! I also accept card/smartphone payments (minimum spend of £5) as well as cash payments.
